Freight Liability & Protection
How do we handle the unexpected? Our liability framework is built on industry-standard Carmack Amendment principles, but we've streamlined the claims process to ensure you're never left in the dark.
Standard carrier liability limits apply unless otherwise negotiated in writing before pick-up. We require all shipments to be properly packaged according to NMFC standards. Why? Because a well-packed load is a safe load. Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 9 months of delivery, documented with high-resolution photos and the original Bill of Lading.
We're proud of our 99.8% damage-free delivery rate, but we keep these rules tight just in case. After all, certainty is the backbone of supply chain logistics.
Net 30 Rails
Standard payment terms are Net 30 from invoice date. We keep the paperwork light so you can focus on scale.
Tech Usage

Termination & Adjustments
We understand that supply chains are fluid. You can terminate your service agreement with a 30-day notice, provided all outstanding invoices for miles clocked are settled. We reserve the right to adjust fuel surcharges weekly based on the EIA national average—no hidden fees, just honest math.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes? We aim for the boardroom, not the courtroom. Arbitration in Cumming, GA is our preferred route for resolving operational friction quickly. It's just more efficient for everyone involved.
